At My Violet Hill we do our very best to keep our prices competitive. So our customers are sure of our dedication to our competitive prices, we will price match to any product that is being sold by a competitor, under the following guidelines:
Terms and Conditions:
- Stock Availability. Our competitor must have the item in stock. This cannot be ‘available to order’ for us to match the price.
- Postage Charges. We will not price match postage charges or include these within the price match.
- Sale Items. We do not include sale items within our price match scheme. This includes sale items on our, or any competitor Retail/Web stores.
- Special Orders. We will consider price matches on special order lines which are not part of our normal stocked range, but we reserve the right to refuse to match prices on special orders.
- Discount Coupons. Price match can not be used in conjunction with any other offer from Violet Hill London.
Our price match covers both High Street retail stores and Online Webstores.
To claim a price match then simply contact us stating which product you would like us to price match, the name and contact of the competitor, plus the price that they are charging. A phone number for a retail store, or a copied website link for a website. We will then contact you and confirm the successful price match.
